ABOUT THIS PIECE

Our most classic shirt, the Reflection Shirt, packs a sartorial punch.

Its’ boyfriend fit body, extended cuffs that fold back to create a French cuff effect, and its decorative shank buttons make this shirt an easy every day favourite.

Pair it with its matching trousers for a total look, or mix it how you feel most confident, either way you can’t go wrong with such a foundational piece.

This garment is made in a sumptuous fluid satin fabric with a mid weight handle and a subtle shine that makes it resistant to wrinkles.

INSPIRATION

Playful gestures of varied proportion help create a bond of trust, allowing one to be oneself without insecurities and provides a space that embraces comfort and ease.

The collection is inspired by the emotions experienced in new relationships. That nervous energy which races through your body causing a surge of excitement as if you are about to explode.

ABOUT THE DESIGNERS

palmer//harding launched in 2011 with the simple idea to elevate the humble shirt.

We believe in originality and creativity, and these fundamentals are at the heart and soul of each palmer//harding piece.

Levi Palmer (Belton, Texas) and Matthew Harding (London, England), both alumni of Londons’ Central Saint Martins, live and work in London.

We approach each collection by examining the emotional journeys that we experience, and creating narratives through verb lists which are in turn used to drape and sculpt shapes with fabric across the body.

The sculptural aspect of the design process is an integral part of the brands’ identity - creating unique pieces, centred on the shirt, but also developed across dresses, outerwear, knitwear and other categories.
