palmer//harding has a 30 day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt by using the return label provided in your original shipment. We invite you to carefully read our return procedure as failure to comply could result in your order being returned to you without refund. 

We are a small independent company and try to be as amicable and accommodating as possible with returns. Recently the cost of shipping has increased dramatically which has impacted our business. In order to avoid increasing prices in our garments we are now implementing a small fee for returns to help offset this increase in costs of shipping. This fee offsets only a small portion of the price of shipping and processing, but by doing so it means we are able to maintain our current quality and prices.

Current Season Items: Return shipping label for current seasons items (including any in promotional discounted full price such as Black Friday or newsletter/sign up discounts) is provided and free of charge.

Sale Items: For sale items up to 50% off we provide a return shipping label but charge a fee per order (not per item) according to the country being returned from to cover a portion of the shipping. This will be deducted from your final refund:

UK: £5, EU £15, Rest of World £25

Finale Reduction items: For “final reduction” sale items totalling over 50%  (including any additional EXTRA 10%, EXTRA 15%, EXTRA 20%, EXTRA 25% or EXTRA 30% off promotions) A return shipping label is provided but we will deduct the full cost of shipping & packaging from your refund. The cost of return shipping for international orders will vary based on country and distance to our warehouse:

• UK - £15
• EU - £30
• North America - £35
• Middle East - £45
• Far East and Australia - £60
• All other countries - £40
