UK: Complimentary Next Working Day delivery via DHL (orders before 12pm GMT). Sale items under £400 incur a £10 fee.
G.C.C.: 2–4 working days. Complimentary for full priced orders over £400. A £35 shipping fee will be applied to orders ess than £400.
USA: 2–4 working days. Complimentary for full-price items.
Europe: 2–3 working days. Complimentary for full-price items.
Rest of World: 2–5 working days. Complimentary for full-price items.
No, we take the hassle out of international shopping. palmer//harding covers all import duties and taxes for all destinations.
Once shipped, you will receive a notification from DHL Express On-Demand Delivery (ODD). This will provide SMS/email updates and allow you to reschedule or redirect your delivery if needed.
Yes. We offer carbon-neutral shipping on all orders via Shopify Planet, funding innovations in carbon removal like direct air capture and mineralization.
Returns & Exchanges
Full Price Items: You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange.
Sale Items: You have 14 days from receipt to return.
Condition: Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with all tags and seals attached.
Returns are free for all full-priced orders using the prepaid label provided in your parcel. For sale items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Simply use the return label provided in your initial parcel. Fill out the returns form on the back of your order sheet, tick the reason for return, and drop the package at a DHL service point.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Orders & Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (pay later or in instalments).
Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day. If you need to change or cancel, please contact customerservices@palmerharding.com immediately.
Note that once an order is processed, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
