palmer//harding has a 30 day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt by using the return label provided in your original shipment. We invite you to carefully read our return procedure as failure to comply could result in your order being returned to you without refund.
Please note, all custom items made are non-refundable. If you would like your custom piece altered, please contact customer services.
We offer free returns on all orders. We may use a different courier service than FedEx for the returns depending on your location.

palmer//harding has a 14 day return policy for all Sale items: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 14 days of receipt. We invite you to carefully read our return procedure as failure to comply could result in your order being returned to you without refund.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Please click the button at the bottom of this page to process your return or exchange. You can exchange your item for an alternative size or for a different item. If you need help with this process, please contact: customerservices@palmerharding.com
2. Returning your items
* Place the item(s) in the original box that the order was delivered in.
* On the back of your enclosed order form is a returns form - please tick the reason for your return and enclose this form in the box.
* Close the box and close it securely - there is a self seal adhesive strip that will seal the box. Please feel free to add additional tape if required.
* If you need to use an alternative box, please make sure that your shipping box does not contain any other shipping or tracking labels on it.
* Use the return label provided in your initial parcel and place it on the outside of the box. Pre-paid return label missing? Please contact our Customer Services.
* Please note orders purchased with 50% off + do not include a free return label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping - this enables us to offer higher discounts (50% +) from time to time.
3. Drop off your parcel
Your country is in the UK: Drop your box at your nearest drop off point.
Your country is outside the UK, but not mentioned below: Drop your box at your nearest drop off point - your shipping label has the comercial invoice digitally assigned to it, so there is no need for additional paper waste.
Your country is Kuwait or Qatar: As your country currently does not have digitally assigned commercial invoices, please attach the x2 commercial invoices that came in your box to the outside of your box.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your package must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received the goods. Please allow 3 days to issue a refund from the date of receipt of your return. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
To help manage operational costs associated with frequent returns or cancellations, a processing fee of 2.5% may be applied to customers who return or cancel more than three orders within a 60-day period. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This policy applies only to customers with a repeated pattern of returns or cancellations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a detailed description of the damage.
Please be careful when trying on at home to avoid makeup stains and please keep in a neutral environment to avoid smells of smoke, food or other unpleasant odours clinging to the garment. We reserve the right to not accept returns if the product shows sign of wear or has been used in any way.
As an alternative, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly to cover costs of dry cleaning or repair. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
